The adoption and implementation of Blockchain in Management have been gaining increasing attention. The rise in the number of studies on Blockchain in managerial applications invites a greater number of research contributions in this field. This chapter describes the gap in the present studies using a hybrid review system through the means of systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. Scopus database is used for the data from the last ten years, to serve the purpose of the study. The findings indicate the rise of Blockchain in the organisation’s managerial functions- particularly in such aspects of Business Management as Human Resource Management. However, this field’s evolution is put forward in its infancy in the process of curriculum vitae (CV) verification, and talent hiring. The chapter will help the experts and practitioners gain insights into technological advancements and Blockchain’s applicability in managing business management and decision-making. The themes from the current work will help in network analyses, and the development of the theoretical framework, and will highlight the issues causing challenges for adopting Blockchain in management. The chapter is focused on research articles collected from Scopus databases and hence it restricts other scholarly articles and findings on the area of the study. As the present study is more focused on the review type, it does not validate the findings. Hence future works can be supported through qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-research methods.

Purpose: This systematic literature review aims to explore the adoption, global acceptance and implementation of human resources (HR) analytics (HRA) by reviewing literature on the subject. HRA adoption can assist HR professionals in managing complex procedures and making strategic human resource management (SHRM) decisions more effectively. The study also aims to identify the applications of analytics in various disciplines of management. Design/methodology/approach: The review is conducted using a domain-based structured literature review (SLR), emphasizing the diffusion of innovative thinking and the adoption process of HRA among early adopters. The philosophical stances are analyzed with the combination of research onion model and PRISMA protocol. Secondary data are gathered from published journals, books, case studies, conference proceedings, web pages and media stories as the primary source of information. Findings: The study finds that skilled professionals and management assistance can significantly impact adoption intentions, enabling professionals to deal with analytics. The examples and analytical models provided by early adopters allow managers to manage complex processes and make SHRM decisions. Research limitations/implications: The study suggests that the lack of use of quantitative techniques is a key limitation and should be considered in future studies. Despite the rise in the number of research papers on HRA, its application in the workplace remains limited. Practical implications: This research can assist managers in implementing HRA and help resolve complex and inefficient processes, making SHRM decisions. Originality/value: This study adds to the existing body of knowledge on how HRA can aid a company's efficacy and performance and can be considered one of the first to link adoption and HRA.

The study aims to review and evaluate the literature on Blockchain Technology (BT) and Human Resource Management (HRM) in businesses. The 6 W-Framework developed by Callahan (2014) is employed for the development of a conceptual framework on BT and HRM. The frameworkbased clustering of reviews from Indian cases allows researchers to address HRM saliency through the applications of BT. Further, it mitigates the challenges for potential recruiters and HR managers at the workplace. This study focuses on the major HR saliency, i.e. regulation, staffing and development, and change management. The evolution of this study as a domain-based literature review offers diversified implications for modern organizations in India. Implementation of ledger technology in managerial functions will reduce the time, money and effort required by potential recruiters and HR professionals, advancing HR saliency. Furthermore, the management gains the opportunity to enjoy the tax-free source of the hiring system in Indian organizations.

Doctors, engineers, lawyers, architects, designers, managers, artists, scientists, innovators, inventors, farmers and all other professions and walks of life have the immense possibilities of making it big. And such immense possibilities represent in terms of scale, value, excellence, and tremendous impact upon the larger society. However, quite often, it is observed that the efforts and impact of making it big fail to live up to the expectations of self and others and do not take off the way envisaged. Everyone has desires. Spiritual leaders too give up the mundane life. However, they carry the deeply rooted desire to attain insights and enlightenment, eventually. Irrespective of what life one leads, one core but common desire is to enjoy the autonomy to make decisions. However, life introduces one to several ups and downs resulting in both successes and failures. Nonetheless, one desires to be happy throughout and enjoy whatever is in possession. Also, one aspires to achieve all that one feels capable of achieving, thus driving oneself to take risks against the opportunities identified. In the backdrop, the present book is for every individual who is either an aspiring entrepreneur or serial entrepreneur, irrespective of the domain expertise or industry one represents. The book attempts to focus and address a pressing pain point of entrepreneurs: the pain point happens to be one of the major gaps towards successful and sustainable entrepreneurship in one's life. A strong but subtle factor impacting in this context is the failure to achieve entrepreneurial success through great deals in all stages, at all levels of entrepreneurial journey. The present book attempts to bridge the gap through the power (soft) skill-'negotiation' for entrepreneurs!.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to show the relevance of teachers’ extra role behaviour towards improving students’ learning efficacy status. This study examines the intervening role of art-based teaching pedagogies, i.e. involvement of different forms of art during the traditional teaching session between extra role behaviour and students’ learning efficacy. Design/methodology/approach: The statistical test results showed that teachers’ extra role behaviour is significant for improving and strengthening students’ learning efficacy. Further, the moderation analysis showed that if art is integrated with teachers’ extra role behaviour, the effect on learning efficacy of students will increase. Art-based teaching pedagogies suggest involvement of art in teaching practices. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the direct effect of extra role behaviour on students’ learning efficacy with the intervening role of art-based teaching pedagogies. Findings: Results indicated a linear effect of teachers’ extra role behaviour on students’ learning efficacy and that art-based teaching pedagogies had an indirect effect (mediation) on students’ learning efficacy. Originality/value: The study will bridge the gap between academic initiatives taken and its overall implementation in primary and secondary schools.
