The adoption and implementation of Blockchain in Management have been gaining increasing attention. The rise in the number of studies on Blockchain in managerial applications invites a greater number of research contributions in this field. This chapter describes the gap in the present studies using a hybrid review system through the means of systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. Scopus database is used for the data from the last ten years, to serve the purpose of the study. The findings indicate the rise of Blockchain in the organisations managerial functions- particularly in such aspects of Business Management as Human Resource Management. However, this fields evolution is put forward in its infancy in the process of curriculum vitae (CV) verification, and talent hiring. The chapter will help the experts and practitioners gain insights into technological advancements and Blockchains applicability in managing business management and decision-making. The themes from the current work will help in network analyses, and the development of the theoretical framework, and will highlight the issues causing challenges for adopting Blockchain in management. The chapter is focused on research articles collected from Scopus databases and hence it restricts other scholarly articles and findings on the area of the study. As the present study is more focused on the review type, it does not validate the findings. Hence future works can be supported through qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-research methods.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the extensive literature on blockchain technology (BT) and human resource management (HRM) in enterprises and set the future scope of research in the adoption of BT in HRM. Design/methodology/approach: A framework-based review of the literature (Callahan, 2014; Paul and Criado, 2020) is adopted for the present study. The 6 W-Framework developed by Callahan (2014) is used for the development of a conceptual framework on BT and HRM and could address HRM issues through the applications of BT. Findings: This study focused on the major HR issues, i.e., regulation, staffing and development, and change management. These issues were categorized into sub-categories. The major implementation of BT in HRM is highlighted. The study developed a framework to aid HR professionals in implementing blockchain in the decision-making process of HRM. Research limitations/implications: The current study is limited to the bias on the part of employers in providing feedback and data feeding. Blockchain being at its infancy stage did not allow much of pieces of literary works to be introduced. Practical implications: Implementation of ledger technology in managerial functions will reduce the time, money and effort required by potential recruiters and HR professionals. Using this technology, the time and cost required to verify and sort the right potential can be reduced. Originality/value: The present work offers benefits to HR professionals and practitioners by expediting the process of effective decision-making of HRM employing BT.

The study aims to review and evaluate the literature on Blockchain Technology (BT) and Human Resource Management (HRM) in businesses. The 6 W-Framework developed by Callahan (2014) is employed for the development of a conceptual framework on BT and HRM. The frameworkbased clustering of reviews from Indian cases allows researchers to address HRM saliency through the applications of BT. Further, it mitigates the challenges for potential recruiters and HR managers at the workplace. This study focuses on the major HR saliency, i.e. regulation, staffing and development, and change management. The evolution of this study as a domain-based literature review offers diversified implications for modern organizations in India. Implementation of ledger technology in managerial functions will reduce the time, money and effort required by potential recruiters and HR professionals, advancing HR saliency. Furthermore, the management gains the opportunity to enjoy the tax-free source of the hiring system in Indian organizations.

Purpose: This systematic literature review aims to explore the adoption, global acceptance and implementation of human resources (HR) analytics (HRA) by reviewing literature on the subject. HRA adoption can assist HR professionals in managing complex procedures and making strategic human resource management (SHRM) decisions more effectively. The study also aims to identify the applications of analytics in various disciplines of management. Design/methodology/approach: The review is conducted using a domain-based structured literature review (SLR), emphasizing the diffusion of innovative thinking and the adoption process of HRA among early adopters. The philosophical stances are analyzed with the combination of research onion model and PRISMA protocol. Secondary data are gathered from published journals, books, case studies, conference proceedings, web pages and media stories as the primary source of information. Findings: The study finds that skilled professionals and management assistance can significantly impact adoption intentions, enabling professionals to deal with analytics. The examples and analytical models provided by early adopters allow managers to manage complex processes and make SHRM decisions. Research limitations/implications: The study suggests that the lack of use of quantitative techniques is a key limitation and should be considered in future studies. Despite the rise in the number of research papers on HRA, its application in the workplace remains limited. Practical implications: This research can assist managers in implementing HRA and help resolve complex and inefficient processes, making SHRM decisions. Originality/value: This study adds to the existing body of knowledge on how HRA can aid a company's efficacy and performance and can be considered one of the first to link adoption and HRA.

Performing crisis management (CM) through social media platforms (SMP) is the modern way of handling crisis events. The chapter aims to identify core research on CM along SMP. By employing bibliometric network analysis, the authors aim to review published works in Scopus-indexed journals from the year 2019 to 2023. Scopus database and VOS (visualizing scientific landscapes) viewer have been combinedly used to identify the most influential journals, top-ranking countries, and institutions, most cited articles, most occurred keywords, and the pattern of authorship in CM along SMP publications. The present study undertakes a pioneering bibliometric analysis aimed at exploring scholarly publications on the field of CM facilitated through SMP. To the authors' knowledge, this work is the first study to use a bibliometric approach to research this area, thereby contributing to the nascent literature on the subject. The unique insights garnered from this analysis are expected to provide valuable guidance to researchers and scholars interested in this emerging field.

This qualitative study analyses major categories to develop a theoretical framework of mindful leadership development employing performing arts. The present study uses interpretivism to explore respondents experiences and unique phenomena. The grounded theory (GT) methodology aided in exploring grounded data and theory construction. Abstract core category immense concentration and self-control captured the abstract and inclusive meaning as understood by the participants in this study. The qualitative coding analysis helped explore the data-driven abstract phenomena. Results of the present study exhibited that all performing artists require high concentration and self-control to exemplify mesmerizing Koodiyattam performing arts. Theoretical reflections on the relationships between the relevant categories are provided in depth. The connections of five major categories between mindfulness mechanisms, leadership attributes, motivation components, values and beliefs, and personality dispositions are particularly intriguing.
