School of Engineering and Sciences
The School of Engineering and Sciences (SEAS) consists of 10 departments. The school provides a conducive environment for students to pursue their education, unleash hidden skills, and discover latent research abilities – all with the aim to create entrepreneurs, leaders, and icons of tomorrow. The School of Engineering and Sciences believes in providing research-based education to the students. The faculty members follow Active-learning pedagogy to improve the quality of the learning experience for the students.
The students joining BTech/ BSc (Hons)/ MTech/ MSc/ PhD programmes get excellent state-of-the-art laboratory facilities to encourage them to carry out projects of a multidisciplinary nature. The students are given opportunities to get international exposure in reputable foreign institutes like the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Flinder University, Northeastern University, Asia University etc.

BTech Programme
Computer Science and Engineering
Specialisation
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), Internet of Things, Distributed and Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Software Product Engineering ( Work Integrated Programme), AI and Future Technologies.
Note: The students seeking admission in these two CSE programs (CSE in Software Product Engineering & CSE in Al & Future Technologies) would have to undergo two additional selection rounds. The admission will be based on the SRMJEEE Rank, the performance in the written exam and the interview conducted.
- The student should have obtained SRMJEEE within the cut-off rank for the CSE department
- The student should have cleared the written exam and was shortlisted for interview
- The student should have been selected for admission to the interview.
