Objective
The objective of the Incubation Program at Hatchlab Research Centre is to officially onboard selected ventures into a structured incubation framework, facilitate their legal and operational setup, and prepare them for accelerated growth through continuous mentoring, milestone-based progress tracking, and access to innovation and funding resources.
Key objectives include:
- Supporting formal venture incorporation (e.g., Private Limited, LLP) with end-to-end legal and compliance guidance.
 - Onboarding ventures into the incubation ecosystem with structured agreements, progress templates, and reporting mechanisms.
 - Familiarizing startups with Hatchlab Research Centre’s processes, mentors, resources, and expectations.
 - Assigning domain-specific mentors and defining milestone-based growth plans.
 - Establishing regular review checkpoints to monitor startup progress, innovation outcomes, and compliance metrics.
 
Incubation Framework: The Five Phases
The Hatchlab Incubation Program is designed as a five-phase progression model, ensuring systematic startup development from registration to market readiness and sustainability.
Phase 0: Venture Registration & Onboarding
Objective:
To formally register and onboard the selected startups into the Hatchlab incubation ecosystem.
Outcomes:
- Completion of company incorporation (Pvt. Ltd., LLP, etc.) with legal and compliance support.
 - Signing of incubation agreements and documentation.
 - Introduction to HRC processes, mentors, and available facilities.
 - Baseline assessment and milestone plan creation.
 
Phase 1: Product Garage – Prototype & MVP Design Program
Objective:
To transform validated ideas into tangible prototypes and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
