Dr.Arundhati Ghanwar
Dr Arundhati Ghanwar, associated with SRM University-AP, as the Associate Director in the Directorate of Communications, is a Process Consultant and Knowledge Management Leader who ensures that the brand of SRM is enhanced in Digital and Print Media through various Digital Marketing initiatives. Her key responsibilities include benchmarking SRM University-AP against global universities, website management, social media management, and recommending customer-centric processes based on best and global practices.
Before joining SRM University, Dr Arundhati worked with Talisma Corporation, Bangalore, in providing higher education solutions for 14 state universities. As the Director – Client Engagement of this prominent project, she worked in close contact with IT & Education secretaries and officials of State universities, for the project implementation.
Dr Arundhati had worked with Wipro Technologies as a Consultant and had also associated with the Indian School of Business (ISB) as Assistant Director, Learning Resource Centre (LRC). At ISB, she had been the kingpin of knowledge management initiative, archiving the intellectual capital, and process documentation across various departments for ISB’s global accreditation with AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). The campus intranet deployed by her on the Microsoft SharePoint technology was developed using the latest technology platforms .Net and SQL 2005 database.
The professional experience with IT giants in strategising and establishing multi-location information services divisions has helped Dr Arundhati in providing streamlined information services to the Directorate of ITKM at SRM University-AP. Selected as one of the 100 Most Influential Knowledge Management Professionals in the World Education Congress in the years 2015, and 2017, Dr Arundhati is a person predetermined to do things others see no possibility of being done.
