Training Framework

The Directorate of Corporate Relations and Career Services has instituted a meticulously designed, curriculum-embedded training framework that commences from the very first semester, ensuring a seamless integration of employability-focused learning throughout the academic journey.
From Semester Ionwards, the students are equipped with a foundation in soft skills, communication proficiency, aptitude, and logical reasoning under the Employability Skills Training module. These early interventions are strategically structured to cultivate confidence, clarity of expression, and problem-solving acumen, laying the groundwork for professional success.
Beginning in Semester V, the training paradigm advances to encompass specialized technical courses aligned with evolving industry trends and demands. Students are provided structured exposure to cutting-edge domains such as Java, AWS, Generative AI, DevOps, Full Stack Development, and other emerging technologies. This progression ensures that learners not only acquire domain expertise but also develop adaptability to thrive in dynamic professional landscapes

Beginning in the fifth semester, the training framework advances to specialized technical courses that align with contemporary industry demands. Students gain structured exposure to technologies such as Java, AWS, Generative AI, DevOps, Full Stack Development, and other emerging domains. This phase ensures that learners acquire domain expertise while cultivating adaptability to thrive in dynamic professional landscapes.
Upon completion of the sixth semester, students enter an intensive placement-oriented training phase, which continues until they secure suitable employment opportunities. This stage emphasizes industry readiness through a blend of specialized workshops, expert-led tech talks, alumni interactions, and industry engagement sessions. These experiential platforms provide real-world insights, foster professional networks, and sharpen the competencies required to excel in the corporate arena.

To further enhance the student journey, a dedicated Career Counsellor has been deployed, providing continuous guidance, mentoring, and personalized support throughout the academic and placement process. Following the completion of the sixth semester, students undergo an intensive phase of training that extends seamlessly until their successful placement. Developing Competency Skills with Expert Guidance from Our CDC Team

The varsity has Training Partners and Assessment Partners who are actively involved in bridging the gaps between academia and industry beginning from the first semester till the sixth semester. The training modules are designed to help students in cracking placement interviews and National and International coding contests like hackathons and other competitive exams. Apart from the regular academic course, the training programme follows a schedule to ensure industry readiness.
