SRM University-AP is organising the third edition of its prestigious Research Scholar’s Summit on October 10 – 11, 2025. The aim of this summit is to highlight the latest research trends in universities and educational institutes from across India, providing scholars from diverse research backgrounds the ideal platform to exchange ideas and information. The summit seeks to uphold its motto of “inspire, ignite, and innovate”, helping the country’s young research community pursue cutting-edge research and build impactful careers. The summit will promote interdisciplinary and collaborative research and boost connections among academicians and researchers. Join us to explore the frontiers of scientific knowledge, engage in vibrant discussions, and contribute to an inquisitive, innovative, research-driven 21st century India.
The Summit is open to research scholars of SRM University-AP as well as universities and institutions from all over India. There will be parallel sessions for oral as well as poster presentations from each thematic area, to showcase cutting-edge research work from diverse fields. The work of participants will be evaluated by a committee of experts, and the best presentations will receive prizes and certificates. Both full-time and part-time PhD scholars are eligible to submit and present their papers and ideas for the problem-solving challenge. However, all work must be original and free of plagiarism. The details and timeline for registration, submission, and fees payment for different categories of research scholars are mentioned in the event brochure. The decision to accept or reject abstracts and ideas for the problem-solving challenge will be overseen by a panel of expert reviewers and intimated to research scholars via email.

The SRM AP Solve-a-Thon is an exciting innovation marathon designed to inspire creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving among budding researchers and technologists. Organised as part of the 3rd Research Scholars’ Summit at SRM University-AP, this solve-a-thon will challenge participants to develop impactful, solution-oriented innovations addressing real-world problems.
The solve-a-thon will provide a platform for scholars to brainstorm, prototype, and present innovative ideas, leveraging interdisciplinary approaches and modern tools. Teams will be evaluated on creativity, technical feasibility, scalability, and potential impact.
With a blend of competitive spirit and collaborative learning, SRM AP solve-a-thon aims to nurture innovation culture, highlight cross-domain problem solving, and encourage participants to push the boundaries of research-driven applications. Winners will receive recognition, certificates, and an opportunity to further develop their solutions with expert mentorship.

The SRM University–AP, Amaravati campus is located between the cities Vijaywada and Guntur. It can be reached from various parts of the country in several ways:
Those coming from other states of India by train, should get down at the Vijaywada railway station (railway code: BZA), which is well connected with almost all parts of the country. One can also use the Guntur railway station (code: GNT). From the stations, you need to get a taxi to come to the SRM University campus.
The nearest airport (about 45km) is the Vijaywada international airport (IATA: VGA). You need to get a taxi from the airport to get to the SRM University campus.
The buses operated by APSRTC from Pandit Nehru bus station and NTR bus station connect the city with Vijaywada and Guntur respectively.
