SRM University-AP, dedicated to excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement, is proud to host the International Conference on Emerging Trends in Chemical Biology (ETCB-2025). Chemical biology, an interdisciplinary field at the interface of chemistry and biology, has been recognized with multiple Nobel Prizes for transformative breakthroughs such as RNA interference, CRISPR–Cas9 gene editing, click and bioorthogonal chemistry, mRNA vaccines, microRNAs in post-transcriptional regulation, and AI-driven protein design and structure prediction.
ETCB-2025 will spotlight emerging themes in chemical biology, including but not limited to: oligonucleotides in healthcare, bioorganic and medicinal chemistry, AI/computational approaches in structural biology and drug discovery, and the development of sensors and molecular diagnostic tools. Through keynote and invited lectures, young researcher sessions, poster presentations, flash talks, and networking opportunities, the conference will foster collaboration, inspire innovation, and strengthen connections among leading scientists from India and around the world.
